Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • Customers must contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition (where applicable).

Due to the nature of dropshipping, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size or color chosen by the customer

  • Minor differences in color or appearance due to lighting or screen settings

Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a return or refund, customers must provide a clear unboxing video that shows:

  • The unopened package

  • The shipping label

  • The product being removed from the package

This video is mandatory and helps us verify claims of damage, defects, or incorrect items. Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be approved.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Orders without an unboxing video

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen circumstances

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
